Because road tax is based on CO2 output, and most diesels are very low. It's the particulates we kill you with  :)

I'm surprised Rachel is not up to speed with this. Going from £0/£30 to £1000 PA would raise a lot of money for her to waste elsewhere. :)

I'm not. She's clearly not the brightest.  ::)
