I well remember being in Hospital when I was a teenager and she was on the telly singing Lost in France.

This prostate problem seems to be wiping us out.
And he’s younger than I am.
Any views on getting tested??

As it currently stands, any male over the age of 50 (45 for black males) can request a PSA blood test at their GP surgery. Any suspect readings will lead to further, more invasive tests. Although in fairness, I only found that out recently when having separate blood tests myself.
My brother-in-law has prostate cancer and he’s been on a trial drug to control it for the last couple of years. Truthfully I don’t know how he’s really doing, but he’s trying to stay positive. My son-in-laws mother has aggressive stage 4 colon cancer so although she’s having chemo, she’s accepted that she’s on a time limit.  ;(
Very sad that this awful disease keeps on taking people from us.  ;(
