I mainly use http://www.ezsniper.com/ it hasn't screwed up for me yet!. Only thing about it is you need to have set up the snipe >6mins before hand.

I use to use http://www.auctionsniper.com/ It screwed up a couple of timesn so I changed over. I still use it when I need to set up a snipe a short notice. Also better setting up interface.
