My birthday pressie finally arrived today --- Wii Sports and Wii Fit ---- according to Wii my fitness age is 58 !!  Need to practise a bit !!!!!

Got Mario Kart, Carnival Game and Resident Evil to play with later  :D

BTW -- SWMBO (half my age and a bit) got a fitness age of 78 !!!!!

Tracy uses it more than i do, she reckons it helps her deal with her ME by just doing a little bit every day when she has the energy

I feel a Mario Kart championship coming on.

Last time I did online championship with mates, I got my backside well and truely whoped  :-[
