You're very welcome. Don't forget to discuss procurement and types of contracts. Procurement wise it would probably be a lump sum approach competitive tender rather than remeasurable or cost reimbursement. And if it is an office building that is not of a complex nature then the JCT Design and build might be a suitable form of contract rather than private with or without quantites.

Feel free to write more. Can't say I'm that good on planning but can certainly help on costs, procurement and contracts.

thanks for the advice mate. would it be okay to pm you in the new year for a bit of help with the contract side of things.
