Hmmm... I'm not a big fan of the royals either, but Harry is showing an alarming lack of tact for someone who is supposed to be in a position of respect and represent his country.

His use of the term 'paki', right or wrong, is a personal issue between him and his mates - granted. His videoing of his fooling about is a stupid prank.

If this was a video of a couple of kids on the street, then it wouldn't have made the papers. The reason why the mainstream press have leapt all over it is because he is supposed to be aware that, whether you agree with it or not, the term 'paki' is widely considered to be racist and offensive by society and he has a responsibility to represent his country in the best possible light.

So - he's not racist, but he is a moron. You don't see his brother dressing up in nazi uniforms or calling his mates 'pakis', do you? It doesn't mean he hasn't done it, just that he's hasn't been caught.

Firstly,someone (hopefully not one of his colleagues)has probably made a lot of money by flogging the footage to NOTW.
Secondly,the sensible approach imo would be to contact the guy concerned and ask for his opinion.If he says it was affectionate banter between mates,then its end of story.If he says he found it offensive but was too scared to say anything,then Harry needs a good talking too.
