Stick em on flea bay, they'll get a good price, shame I'm too far away as well. I just bought some racks laughingly called "heavy duty". They are absolute crap. you move them and the clip in joints spring out, totally unsafe for anything beyond a couple of pot plants, and even then the 10mm crap board base will get wet and those would fall thro.  

I remember the days when workbenches were proper well built items, you could drop an engine and gearbox on one with little or no effect.

Ken this thing you could drop a complete car on and the car would bounce....

Real solid bugger and welded joints.....took 3 guys too lift it in and me on me own too drag the bugger out....walked like john wayne after and had too back out of the promise i was on with the wife...

u wont get bugger all for steel, its copper, brass & lead you need. even gold these days is getting a good price.

Six months ago steel was bringing £200 per ton. things have now changed somewhat China was taking as much scrap as it would take, since the downturn it's turning scrap away.

...strange & intresting

The price of Scrap metal up here remains high, ive scrapped 3 in the last 30 days.

£68 rover 200 ( only a shell - no doors etc ) and £98 / £113 two omegas, not much left in them either;

Rate consistantly here is £75 a tonne and still was yesterday.
