That's terrible TB and my sympathies are with you.  At least he did not suffer too long and I hope avoided a great deal of pain:'( :'(

Just proves how none of us know when our final call will come, which I certainly think of increasingly as I grow older. :o :o

Sorry to hear that TB, the big C worries us all.  Being overweight doesn't help things mate, and thats from one fat barsteward to anoth........... the OOF's great admins!   ::) ::) ::) ::)

I guess I'm approaching that age when friends and work peers I've grown up with are more prone to serious illness.

I guess its a sign of age when you go to more funerals than weddings....

Tho hopefully it wasnt too quick and his family were prepared for it.

I have lost two neighbours from the same reason in just 1 month.. :'(

sincerest sympathies, I guy I've worked with for the last 20 years has just taken vol redundancy to spend more time with his wife, they're both near retirement, he left on the Friday, she died of a massive heart attack the next Sunday, so sad, he's one of the nicest most helpful people i've ever met. funeral tomorrow.  :'( :'(
