You could download the manual from the above. But I am having a bit of trouble doing it. :-?

Dont know if it's my comp or their site.

It's a bit difficult to say, what your fault could be down to from a distance and me not being familiar with the spacific appliance, but if it is a fan assisted boiler, check if the fan is running when called for and that the gas valve opens for pilot start gas and if any spark ignition is present.

Sorry carnt help with the prob

......i had a new boiler installed in my last house.....was always turning off and had to hit the reset button

....this house the boiler is over 20years old

had it serviced a few years ago and the guy that turned up just vacuumed it out a bit ....measured the gas pressure...and said these dont go wrong....ok its not very efficient....but at least it dont go wrong

Plumber came today as promised and turns out it was condensate trap - fixed in 5 minutes and now warm again.
