What`s the old saying:
"Any man can have children; being a parent is another matter"Parenting is both a job and a privilege; things learnt in their life-experiences are
should be passed onto their progeny; skills, language, appreciations for art/music/literature...decency, respect and the ability to love 'another' as if yourself.
All of the foregoing; and so-much more, are in the gift of the dutiful parent: what has a 13 year-old done or experienced to pass on to bring fullness and intellectual/emotional growth to his/her child.
Just because someone is able do 'something', it does not make it right to do it....especially-so with bearing forth innocent new life.
I am disgusted (but not at all surprised) by this boy`s upbringing (can you tell?): that he should have been allowed to father a child at such an age!.....This "family" will surely represent yet another job for a social-worker to spend years not fixing!
