we have someone in the B&B who is hogging all the bandwidth and making it difficult for others to get on internet.

I have a feeling i know who it is, is there any website i can log onto that will allow me to download large packets of information, i have a feeling i know what he is doing and want ti ruin his 'viewing pleasure'
