approx £5 a gallon, takes the oil straight out of your skin.has a list of downsides a mile long but happens to be the ultimate  degreaser bar none.

I did a week of work experience at Ealing studios when I was at school, and about 15 IIRC. At some point I had to paint a door (long story) but the only thing I could find with which to clean the paintbrush was trike, and the only place I could find to clean it was the PCB darkroom, which was a bit confined.

Needless to say it made me wonder why I spent my Saturday evenings pi$$ing around with 2 litre bottles of cheap cider.

well you could take a trek to trowbridge and pick some up.i buy it 45 gallons at a time as i happen to have a trike/trich? tank.however there are still a lot of places still using it in the sheet metal industry(whats left of it anyway)so im sure you could find some closer to home.

There are still trike substitutes available, we use it for degreasing aerospace components

I used to use proper trike, boiling it in a galv bucket and dipping parts in.

The substitute stuff is used in a customers supplied process. the management were jumping up and down when someone said "CARSENOGENIC"
