Just guessing Rich, cordless phones can cause interference.
What is disconnecting is it the bluetooth connection to your phone or your phones connection to your ISP?

I  had something like this for the last week or so - using my laptop on differnt good broadband connections & wireless - evry couple of mins Explorer would go Offline by itself and try to get a dial-up connection.

Asked computer man at work & he said he'd heard a few others say same thing recently. Then he deleted all the connections (in manage internet connections thing) that use the built in modem - I never use dial up now. He reckons Microsoft have updated soemthing & that's caused the proble. So far it seems to have worked.
