Can any one tell me the latest software number/ version for the AF33 semi-auto gearbox

Also can you update mine if its an older version? (and of course cost)

"My Naff Code Reader" is telling me the gearbox is 2004 MY but the car is an 03 53 plate so not sure if it has been updated - Vxl did change some washers on the gearbox oil cooler and update the software as part of a customer repair program, but i have no evidence to say mine has or hasn't been done hence the question

think you would need a real tech2 to ask tis what the latest is and if you have it or not.

Thats my question, my "My Naff Code Reader" will tell me the current version, but i don't know if thats the latest, also don't know if its possible to find out the latest version without hooking the car up first.

Thats what i would have thought, but again with "My Naff Code Reader" automatic vehicle identification comes up with MY 2004.

The VIN is WOLOZCF then the numbers,  is that a 2003 or 2004 MY or something different?
