Not for me either, had some on me jag, ... hated them, i dislike chrome on cars though, have tried many times to get rid of the chrome type stuff round windows on my cars, but never yet successfully >:(

My mates estate in Netherlands .He bought it with them fitted I asked him about the " suitability " of them on the car but he just laughed 'cause it's just a parts chaser and daily hack.
Thats a Diplomat A bye the way on the back now secreted in one of his two barns  awaiting restoration.
Re the arch trims,     I think you should tread warily  ::)
