Just phoned a local exhaust center that i know to be cheap and was quoted £95 + vat for a back box is that about right? I know i can get one made up but i dont really want to but if its going to be that expensive i think i will have to as ive just paid out for the cambelt, aux belt, water pump, cam gaskets seals, oil change so i need to be a bit careful with the pennies for now.

Have a look at www.eternalcar.com.

Back box about 30-40 quid IIRC. They do fit a facelift but the tail pipes are a little short so need chrome trims added.

Be aware that the centre sections usually fail by the union with the back box so unless they're in great condition they may come apart in the process of replacing the back box.
