Sorry to let the side down, men, but it's not my kind of humour.  Read the first four items and decided I didn't want to read the rest.
You're not letting the side down at all!
Humour means different things to different people. For example, tonight I saw the trailer for the new series of Shooting Stars, a programme I find as funny as a famine. I like toilet humour, and I like black humour and I love Viz Magazine's profanisaurus, but these are not to everyone's liking. Humour is subjective, like art appreciation. No offence meant.
I have to agree with you about
Shooting Stars.  I have never found Vic Reeves the least bit amusing, and the Reeves and Mortimer partnership is no better.  But
Shooting Stars is the absolute pits.  I have never managed to sit through more than 2 minutes of it.
I watched a bit of
The Office the other night, and I still don't find that particularly funny.  And I watched an episode of something called
How Not To Live Your Life this evening, and that was dire.
But I liked
Extras, and I can laugh at
Two Pints of Lager.  Its all very subjective.
