Is it me or was Poatman Pat originally broadcasto on the BBC.  If this is the case what right have spec savers got to use this in their advert :-/.  BBC take a fee for licencing so they do not have to advertise, or is this the face of the new BBC, taking fees and sneakly using other companies to advertise :question
