In defence of the Vauxhall lads, most of them were still at school when the Omega was a new car & still being serviced by the dealers. We're now at the same satge with the Omega as I was years ago with my Senator. The parts desk lads had never heard of them.

They probably recognise the owner of the car requires assistance from someone that knows what they are doing
