Like front grills, but not convinced by the £35 ones, nice irmscher one :)

Eyelids, I hate, think they look crap and cant imagine they help light output either, really dont see the point.

Dont want to offend, but just offering an opinion as requested.

I second that. Irmscher grille is definitely the best option, albeit expensive. And headlight eyebrows are gay, very chav-tastic.

Wow those Irmscher Grills are not cheap are they. I don't think I can stretch to that much for a grill.

This is the one i have seen for £35 and £10 P&P on Ebay

I think ill not bother with the Eyelid things i was just curious if anyone had them and what they thought of them.

Are those eyelid things blocking the headlamps?

I suppose they are OK for cars which live in Toy Town, but even Lightning McQueen has his eyes in the windscreen!

Where were those daft eyebrow things fitted anyway, Irmscher specials or on any normal production car?

This is mine with its irmscher grille, I dont know the regular selling price on ebay or places like that, the RRP is about £180ish, I haggled mine off a local guy who occasionally uses this forum and got mine for £80... and it was brand new!!

Before anyone suggests... I have clear side repeaters on it now, just not had chance to get a photo as my camera went back for repair not too long ago

You should see how much the grill is for pre-facelift from Irmscher, its a joke for a peice of plastic.

I quite like the grills that you've found on eBay, although I prefer them on the pre-facelift as it looks 'less in your face' - just my opinion though :)

I used tar remover (thanks Timbuk  :y) to get rid of baked on glue on my rear screen, not sure if suitable for headlamps though...

I had to fully wash the cdx in (autoglym) tar remover few weeks ago, too much to spot treat, all came up fine, even headlamps.
