Miggys at the auctions..
« on: 28 June 2010, 18:34:53 »

Been down to the local auction and 2 miggys went through :

52 reg 2.6 cdx with 100,000 on the clock, leather and was immaculate, typical one older owner mudflaps and Vx mats stylee. I was definately up for bagging it and waited ages for it's turn. Soon as the guy started it it sounded like a bag of bolts in a washing machine, I've never heard a miggy sound so sick and yet still be driveable. Bids went up to £475 but that still didn't win it!!!

X reg 2.0 gls with 51,000 on the clock and one bubbly arch but mint otherwise, bidding went up to £500 but this was not accepted by the SEAT dealer who sent it in.

What do you reckon to their worth?? would the 2.6 have been worth repairing?
