I wouldn't mind betting MS has the keys of those that were bought under that agreement (as you have to provide your employer's contract ID), and could easily ensure something is done at the activation servers ;)

Whether they will or not is a different matter...

I started on a RM 380Z, being quite late to computers. My own first 'puter was a 16k ZX Rectum :y
