The Chiltern Transport consortium who are the body who look after TVP's and Bedfordshire's police vehicles did keep some Omega's unregistered for some time.
However, there are a few '05' plate civillian spec Omega's. I've only seen two so far, both rubens red. One was a 2.2 GLS, and the other a 2.6 CDX...both saloons.
