Well after singing their praises for the last twelve months my opinions on eternal car has completly changed.
I ordered my new central silencer online over a week ago. I carefully checked all the photos and ensured I had picked the correct model, then patiently waited. My box turned up within a couple of days, so opened thinking no more noisey exhaust and there was the incorrect exhaust.
They had sent me a 3.0 salloon model. I rang them up to find they had already finnished for the day. Rang them again in the morning and got a very nice chap who asked me to e-mail my problem so I did. Got a very nice reply stating they were sorry and they would arrange collection and ship the correct one.
It arrived this morning and guess what, its exactly the same one. Ive e-mailed them again and got a reply saying that it was teh right one and it does the same thing. I replied saying no its not the same its the wrong shape and sent a photo along with the correct part number and another photo. They replied saying its their website thats incorrect, however they will refund me when the incorrect part gets back to Germany and they cannot supply the correct part.
I questioned that they couldnt supply it and they stated they dont do the cylindrical silencer only the square one that goes on a saloon. Now got to wait for 7 days to get my money back..........poor service
Just goes to show, just cause the photo shows you the correct part, dont mean your going to get it!!!
