Smart Pen ?
« on: 03 September 2010, 17:33:23 »

Anyone tried using those 'magic' smart pens for car scratches.
Got some very light scratches to deal with was just wondering.
Seem very expensive in the papers at around £20 squid 0r £12 squid on flee bay ?

Cheers

I have not tried one, but the technology is similar to asking a grand wizard to brain freeze a monkey whilst juggling with time and washing up liquid.

I am surprised you don't have to shout CRACKAJACK after using such a magical product.

Perhaps it is endorsed by paul daniesl or Lance Burton?

In other words, the onlky thing to fix a scratch is filler and paint.

I've used one if these. They are OK for disguising very light scratches. Some of them make claims that they will fill a deep scratch, but I doubt that personally.

Buy them and have a go, at least you could give some valuable feedback before anyone else wastes their money tries them. :y ;D

I bought one, following the same link as mantagate. I haven't tried it yet. It states that it must 'dry in sunlight'. We don't get a lot of sunlight in the north east :'( :'(

Why do you think Vamps lives up here :y
