Cut me down from 40 a day to the occasional real one.

All i've got to do is quit the ecigg now. although a lot cheaper (juice) and supposedly not as harmful

Have you tried Champix? SWMBO eventually quit using it, whereas I used Zyban a few years ago.
Good luck with what ever you use to give up smoking, but the hardest part of not smoking is will won't power. I think the thing that actually made me stop was the realisation that I wanted to stop ..............
It's the hardest thing I ever did.
It'll be 10 years next Easter since I last had a ciggy ............... although I have a vague, drunken recollection of Carol giving me a roll up at Newent.  :-?

Into day 2 now.......and i've only had one real ciggie....but that was when the battery went flat in the eciggie......so far so good

My dad uses these "fake" cigs, although I don't know what make??

He's always smoked roll ups, but wants to give up. He uses theses fake ones and says they're quite good really, although when really stressed, he has to have a real one
