Upload your picture to host site, photobucket is good. Then insert the url for the image into your post.

As said in the previous reply, you need to find yourself a photo hosting site such as Imageshack or Photobucket. Once you've registered on one, you can than upload your images from your PC to the hosting site. When you've uploaded your images, copy the URL (which the host site will provide) and paste it in your forum thread.
