Too quiet!!!

It's far too quiet tonight so here is something to get you thinking.

Can an omnipotent being create a stone so heavy that it cannot lift it?

A paradox that has been bugging philosophers for centurys. I'm sure us lot can knock it off in a couple of hours though.

Yeah, errr sure.... e12 torx and wrench with some plus gas will solve it......

Dunno about that, but I watched some of our itinerant traveller types move a couple of mahoosive boulders, each the size of a Mini, with a couple of felling axes, a sledge hammer and an Astra 1.7 straight diesel today.....  

Now I know how, its easy to see how they manage it to get access to places the Council dont want them to....   ;)

Put simply, for a being to be omnipotent it can do anything. But if it can do anything and can create a stone that it can't lift then it can't be omnipotent or it could lift the stone but if it can lift the stone then it hasn't created a stone that it can't lift so either it can create the stone or it can't, if it can ....... :'(
