URGENT cam timing information needed

Hi Guys

I'm going to be finishing off the Project1 this week, and I've only ever worked with the V6 omega's recently, and I need my memory refreshed on the cam timing on the 2.0's.

I've fitted the cam sprockets corretly, but please can someone look up for me, EG in the haynes book of lies, and tell me exactly what marks on the crank and the cam sprockets need to be where, to fit the belt?
