Quite often at 80mph with the cruise on it will sit below 80 on the temp...

Does it take a long time to warm up Tunnie? ie more than 15mins to get to 80-85C

Cheers guys for the responses, sounds as though I am worrying unduely :y

Sounds spot on for a 2.5 V6 m8  :y

My 2.5 project did the same... i was quite worried at first though cause my 2.2 never goes above 85!

Nothing to worry about there though, all spot on.

Only 85 tunnie? my 2.2  will sit at 85 if doing some speed.....90 is the usual for sittting in traffic....it once went upto 95 during the summer....really hot day and cooling fan came on in turbo mode..... :-/

Mine never budges from 85......

I thought yours never went over 45 AA   :D

Mine takes about 10-15 mins to get to 85-90......but i was a bit concerned Tunnies runs below 80 when doing motorway speeds......waz wondering if his thermostat was sticking open....hence the question about how long it takes to warm up  :y

i'll have to double check... can't really remember.

It does take a long time to warm up same as AA's around 10/15 mins sometimes.

Very, very rarely does it run abover 85... it used to be cause my climate condensor thing was nakered... runs a little hotter now got a new one in.

I'll double check the temp on my way back home this xmas....

10-15 mins sounds normal....

Mine runs at 85C at 80mph on the motorway.....check yours on the way home for crimbo.....much below 80C and it could suggest the thermostat is sticking open or not fully closing  :y
