Engine stop

out in car yesterday car stopped, left for 1-2 mins then started up fine. Same again today. Help me please. Is it a hospital job. :'(

Can you read the ECU fault codes.....I suspect crank sensor....which is an easy fix.

Yes, you need to short out pin 4 to pin 6 of the diag connector in the fuse box below the steering wheel with a paper clip or similar.

Does sound a bit crank sensor, but do as M_DTM says, and do the paperclip test.  If you get a 19, change the crank sensor asap.  They have a habit of really letting you down in inconvenient places....

Actually, I think I am nearly over that incident of breaking down in France.  It was nearly 2 yrs ago ::)
