Went to my local VX dealer for some brake pads and shoes.  The pads were cheap enough, was a bit stunned to be told that the shoes would cost £66  , told him I couldn't see how they could justify such an highly inflated price for a set of shoes, pointed out I had a trade card, tap,tap,tap went his keyboard, he    and said I'll do them for £20, result  

Asked him about price of rear discs while I was at it, he said £166, which I thought was rather a lot.  Apparently you save £50 when you by them as a pack with pads, is this figure correct ?  I know VX discs are the ones to get, do AutoVaux do VX ones and are they any cheaper?
