Try this thread for cam cover gasket replacement.

http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1180463563

Once you have done that then you can replace the cam sensor which you can do once you have replaced the cam cover back onto the head. Don't forget to clean all the breather's and clean the ICV, you will get better performance and fuel consumption. Also remember to check the metal breather to the left of the engine where the small bend rubber hose is. Remember to stick with it and you will have a car running well and long driving benefits, you will come across things that will fail but that is due to wear and tear. Yes you do need small deep pockets for these car's I'm afraid.

When you look at the cam cover the breather's are to the left that are conected to the cam cover. One is thick the other is thin and the other one which I said is at the rear to the right, you can't miss it.

that is actually 0340 (0 is 10 flashes) which is cam sensor....

That will lower the rev limiter, so change it :)

To clarify, do you currently have oil in the spark plug wells?

Try and get as much out as possible, using kitchen roll etc.  Then clean breathers and throttle bodys, then see if the oil returns....

Let us know how you get on.

(leaving oil in there will ruin the plug leads)

This attaches to the throttlebody just beneath the injector rail, all the breathers are important and a snapped or cracked breather will cause problems.
