Sorry, you have to revisit that gasket.

Either, the gasket wasn't seated, too much or too little sealant, the small drain holes blocked, or blocked breathers.

You should be able to reuse that gasket if only done a week or so ago...

Cheers buddy. I am just about to remove that cover and redo it. I think it was probably too little sealant. Isn't it soooooo much quicker when you have done it before. Breathers were done thoroughly so I think a combo of sealant lack and bolts not tight enough, I don't have torque wrench, so just did finger tight and nipped them up

Right, all done. Everything running fine at the moment. Just idling a little high, will clean icv again, probably full of shit like the plug wells were. The mistake i made was the cam cover bolts were no where near tight enough, I was over cautious  when it came to tightening them. Anyway, all seems well now although the centre box is still rough. I will return this on Monday, then it is cambelt Tuesday yeeehaaa.
