I have a "Rosmore GM transmission line pressure adjuster" fitted to my car with Scotchlocks.  It's a small aluminium box (8cmx8cmx4cm) screwed onto the bulkhead. I know that's what it is because that's what it says on the label!

Any idea what it does (and why it might have been added). I can't believe it's a genuine VX fitment.

Or of course the transmission could be maintained with good servicing!! But if this device works for you then fair enough.
