Vauxhall or Opel should be able to get this for you but you will need to provide proof of ownership.

Or are you saying it is badged as a Vauxhall and that the Opel dealers in Germany can't/won't help?

I am unsurprised that Opel in Germany can't help, I would have thought that once you have the car details it didn't matter if it was badged as Opel or Vauxhall.

In the UK it would cost Ģ10 to get a Car Pass containing the security details from any Vauxhall dealer, and as said above you will need to prove owenreship.

But I think it will be difficult to get the security codes even in the UK because you can't prove ownership of the vehicle in the scrapyard.
