Which headlights will work?

I need to get new headlights for my 98.  I have seen the projector headlights like these: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VAUXHALL-OMEGA-BLACK-PROJECTOR-HEADLIGHT-SET-94-99_W0QQitemZ150175941909QQihZ005QQcategoryZ23009QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Do these require levelling or anything special?  The ones I have now are standard factory which take H7 bulbs.  I have also seen these from the same seller: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150176998819&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:MOTORS:1123 Any idea which would work for me?  I just want to pull out the old and put new ones in.

The black lamps are not for use in the uk as they are canadian spec and will FAIL THE MOT ON BEAM PATTERN. As to the others i think they are the same as the black ones

Sorry pal just seen where you are , these may be legal in the states but you will have to check first.
