ok my omega failed on mostly minor things but am worred that this mite be a vauxhall only part any ideas?

"nearside front lower (idler) sterring pivot point has exesive play"

lol when thay had it on the ramps thay showed me a big long thing like a sterring rack almost and said that all needs replacing lol

but thats alot better than i thort

The idler is a short arm. Centre tie rod is the centre rod between idler and steering box, and obviously the track rods themselves.  Their description implies just the idler, but worth checking for play in other parts
