2.2 turbo boost
« on: 20 January 2008, 12:15:04 »

Hi all.
Does anyone know how mush boost you can wind the turbo up on the 2.2 Diesel safely?
Also has anyone had their's remapped? As i heard nasty stories about chips not being suitable & not being fitted properly.
Iv'e done the usual stuff like new airfilter, oil change & injector cleaner in a new Diesel filter (which i must add has made some difference)
I would like a little more torque & BHP as iv'e heard there's more to be had safely. :) :)

If it's an auto, you can damage the box.

Its a 2.2Dti which was not available as an auto.

I have seen them tuned to 150Bhp without any problems.
