wiper woes...

so my wipers are acting funny.... they wont switch off sometimes... any ideas? ?

Are they the rain sensitive wipers or normal????
My first guess would be a faulty relay.

Other possibility is that the parking switch contacts in the motor have welded together. I guess a faulty stalk is possible too.
