Acronym guide
« on: 06 February 2008, 13:45:38 »

Been reading through the site over the last few days and noticed that there are quite a few acronyms used, which I haven't the foggiest to what they refer to. I've checked the FAQs but thought it might be handy to people like me (you know, the simple folk) that aren't au fait with Omega's to have a thread which lists all these acronyms in one place.

Apologies if there is already a thread like this in existence somewhere, but I haven't found it yet.

So with no more gilding the lilly, what on earth do these mean:

DBW (as on How to guide for Cruise Control [DBW cars only])
MID (as in MID codes)

Now I know that I am still classed as a newbie, but even I managed to find the very first post in the FAQs section  ;)
