Ok I've managed to take some pictures of my coolant leak and it looks like the thermostat is leaking.

It seems to be running along the edges of where the oil cooler cover sits, I've taken a good look with my UV light and thankfully it doesn't seem to be coming from the cooler covering plate.

BUT I did notice that there is some coolant on one of the oil cooler bolts as seen in this picture. I thought oil would come from there?

Any info would be welcomed, thanks

Its worth re-sealing the stat to block face (I use the same sealent as used on the oil cooler plate) as the early stat seals are pretty bloody useless.

The small quantity of coolant around the cooler pipe I would say is a 'herrang rouge'......

Would it be worth the hassle of changing the thermostat?

If so how much is a thermostat and can you get it on TC?

How easy is the thermostat to change?

How does the thermostat come, is it included in the pipe?

What parts need to be changed, seal, sealent, new bolts?

a lot of questions, but its really appreciated before I break into my piggy bank again  :'(
