losing clutch fluid

hi all,over the last few month ive been losing clutch fluid(2.5 manual) having to top up every 500 miles or so,its dripping from bottom of box onto floor.just wanted to know if any1 as any ideas what it could be and involves to put right? :-/

Any sign of a leak from the bleed nipple? if not then it sounds like you need a new clutch slave cylinder, its inside the bell housing so have to remove the box to get to it.
I would check for signs of fluid where the pipe enters the top of the bell housing on the off-chance that its leaking from the flexi hose.
