Help with Part Numbers..
« on: 21 April 2008, 12:01:21 »

Hi all,

I am looking for a good set of original Vx front and rear mud flaps to fit my 1998 Omega Cdx.

Does anyone know the Vx part numbers for the mud flaps??

Many thanks for the part numbers.

I saw a couple in ebay...but they don't look like the original Vx ones.

Will drop by at Vx Phoenix and check the prices.

Hi SweetOmega,

Sorry I can't help with flap numbers, just saying hi to someone in my neck of the woods.

Phoenix in Wimbledon! watch them carefully, they wanted to rodger me good and proper at full vx prices for shed loads etc. Croydon (Purley way) is not that far away and you might get a different result.

I didn't think people bothered to fit mud flaps in the 21st century onto Omega's or many other cars for that matter.  Is it not very much a 20th century thing?  ; :o :o D

What is the general opinion please?  Do they really do any good; don't they spoil the appearance of an Omega?

Its all a matter of opinion.
I like them and they do protect the lower bodywork to a degree, but each to there own ;)

vauxhall epc shows 2 different part numbers. I didn't look at images maybe the fitting method is different. Just looked at the images, the only difference appears to be fixing method.
