How many steering idlers are there?

When doing my wishbones recently, I thought I spotted what looked like a steering idler on the drivers side.

I thought to myself "so that's where it is".

Then I read in't maintenance guide that it's on the passenger side  :-/

Are there two or did I mistake something else for it?

only 1, passenger side.  Drivers side is the actual steering box
