2.0L Cam belt change, how often.

All the cam belt discussion seems to be regarding the V6, that I have seen anyway.
How often should the 2.0L one be changed. According to paperwork with the car the Cam belt was changed at 37,000 the car has now done 66,000. Car is a 1998 2.0L GLS Auto estate.

Same, 40k/4yrs max.

Do waterpump at same time
