Key feat. ingnition switch  - plug in problems
« on: 23 June 2008, 11:45:26 »

Hi Everybody!

I 've a 2000 model year omega facelift car, and I've experieneced the next problem:
Sometimes when I pull out the key the ignition from switch, the steering lock is not clicking. As 'i know when I pull out the key I should hear a clicking every time. At the same time if I want to use the key again I can't plug in into the ignition switch back (or it's not easy I have to try more times).

Does anybody experienced the same problem?
Is it caused by the steering lock mechanism?
Does it possible to replace something to extinguish this kind of behaviour?
