Passenger side exhaust manifold gasket...
« on: 24 July 2008, 20:55:22 »

Anyone care to give me the heads up on doing this??

I'm actually more tempted to get the headgaskets done, and a head rebuild, but... I don't feel confident enough with that so might wait for an 'extended' cambelt party to do it (unless someone is willing to get dirty with it for me  ;D) given its constant poor running/missfire/oil seeping from between the block & head...

177k miles... its getting a little tired :(

There's only a passenger side one...oops - mine's a 4-pot!  Sorry...

I remember reading something on this not too long ago, but can't find it on the 15 results search.  I think the keywords are "fiddly" and "skinned knuckles", though..
