Question 3 - Windscreen Trim
« on: 02 August 2008, 00:12:08 »

Today I had a trip to the coast, just before I got there the passenger side windscreen all came out and the trip anded up flapping arround over the sunroof.

Any way, pushed it all back in and gave it a bit of a thump.  All was ok on the way home.

Should there be any clips on anything else to hold the trim in place.  I also noticed it had some black mstix showing on the inside of the car (between glass and pillar)  so looks like it has had a screen fitted.  (hope it wasnt the RAC)

With all taken into consideration you should ask yourself and check is the screen bonding still ok, or have you now got a complete separation of the screen from the body? :o :o   Needs checking me thinks! :-?
