Will be good to find out mate, cannot see where there is another opportunity for a 1 into 2 pipe after the distributor section located near the HID pump...?

Maybe 9 actually replaced 4 at some stage to help stop draining back to the tank?

Will have a good look over the removed leaking nozzle tonight, am going to lube it up and attempt to fix the leak. I've got some awesome silicon that I use to fix marine tanks, its fully sealable underwater so should be OK on this application.

Will get some photos up, there seems to be little info on the web about these nozzles....

Cleaned the part that I removed from the car, was going to look to fix it. Mark pointed out that I would need compressed air to activate the part. I'm pretty sure the part is totalled as when I blow into it, the air goes straight of the other end

I'm presuming that the part should not allow me to do that and is the reason why under gravity, the screenwash is coming out...?

JueV6 sent me a spare pump and nozzle to test - thanks mate!!

Swapped pump out, no difference and found the passenger side nozzle to be blocked. I used the nozzle sent by JueV6 which worked fine. Stripped out the drivers side and now it does not stick...

For the record, I do not have any 1 way valves inline on the HID circuit and also do not have any in the windscreen

Will get the valves for the 2 circuit, that should solve the delay between pushing the lever and actually getting water to the lights/screen!!

Glad you're getting it sorted!  So have you worked out where the one way valve goes in the headlight washer circuit?

In a word, no. I'm going to replace the stock distributor (in the picture) with the one way valve and see how that goes...
